The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing engineering projects within an Agile environment, coupled with a consultative approach and technical mindset. Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to mitigate risks and achieve desired business outcomes * Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication with program/project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency * Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate team members, including other project managers, business and technology resources, consultants, contractors, and vendors * Technical Guidance: Provide consultative guidance with a strong technical mindset, focusing on engineering and application development in an Agile environment
