Description: + Work as a Project Manager in the Global Banking Technology Team. + Provide infrastructure and application delivery support on multiple applications involving the managing capacity, services, and various projects deliverables. Responsibilities include: + Drive complex solution deliveries, technical issues, problems related to supported applications, networks, servers and like technologies. + Plan timeframe of service releases with application teams + Identify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution. + Supports program and project management responsibilities relating to application software implementations and upgrades. + Role has matrix execution responsibility across multiple technology teams + Manages multiple projects or a single complex project. + Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. + Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. + Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. + Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. + 5-7 years’ experience in similar role + Educational background and experience in technology with knowledge of programs and projects frameworks + Strong Project Management Skills MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power Point + Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams, including disparate teams globally + Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently + Experience of large-scale complex projects + A passion for technology and banking operations + Extensive data analysis and associated presentation + Infrastructure/application delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.) As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
