Summary You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (Technician) - Foreign Materiel Program SME in the Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Exploitation Branch (D11), EOD Information Management Division (D1), EOD Department (D) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. Responsibilities You will function as the primary liaison between Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Exploitation Branch, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the Joint Foreign Materiel Program Office (JFMPO). You will acquire foreign threat weapon systems for the purpose of defining achievable technical exploitation objectives. You will produce the requirements for threat characterization and countermeasures development for the Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Intelligence Communities so that high valued items are obtained. You will work directly with senior program managers, engineering and analysis team leads as well as Project Security Officers to enable development of critical intelligence and effective force protection software and hardware solutions. You will ensure foreign threat weapon systems are obtained and exploited at a throughput that is achievable for all parties with the correct classification status in relation to its particular security classification guide. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the planning, budget development, submission, analysis, and dissemination of foreign ordnance exploitation plans, reports and information to ensure comprehensive, accurate program compatible documentation is available for fulfilling customer requirements.
