•General Description: Technical assistance to support IS systems related to Mobile engineering applications & virtual desktop technology. Create test plans and architecture drawing and test plans. Capture and report on KPI and test results to support.
•Requirements/Must Have:
Experience (5-8 years) in Business Analysis, working with business customers to determine needs/requirements and developing business process flows. Extensive experience with managing projects of small-medium complexity, working with 3-5 man teams to develop custom solutions. Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners. 1-3 years’ experience with Server Operating System & Hardware technologies to Include Windows Unix & Linux. 1-3 years’ experience with Client Operating Systems Windows XP-64 & 7.
•Skills and Qualification: Optional ( A Plus) 1-3 years’ experience with mobile engineering and virtual desktop technology for engineering systems . 1-3 years’ experience with- Mobility Tool (Virtual Desktop, Tablets etc.) Experience with MS Office (Visio, Excel).
