Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of a manager, the Technical Recruiter, Product Management manages the recruitment process for various technology teams across all Inmar divisions, providing advice, counsel, and guidance to hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring we stay compliant while also meeting their hiring goals. This Technical Recruiter focuses primarily on Product Management roles and plays a critical role in bringing top talent in the field of technology to Inmar's businesses

Bachelors in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field required10 years of experience in recruiting, with some exposure to recruiting for technology jobs; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position requiredProficient in Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeGeneral understanding of technology including hardware and software platforms, college studies, technical programs, certifications, etc.Working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, InstagramWorking knowledge of professional job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, GlassdoorFamiliar with HRI Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably WorkdayPhysical Demands
