In this exciting role, you’ll: + Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies. + Expand and scale our global talent pool. + Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, driving results with speed and intelligence. Responsibilities + Build out scalable and strategic global talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, AI and Machine Learning, Engineering, Operations, etc. + Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (Linkedin, Workable ATS, college and industry specific career websites, etc.). + Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. + Manage the full life cycle process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. + Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes. + Spearhead ATS management and recommendations for best solutions that align with SpreeAI's mission and values. + Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis. Requirements + Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced tech startup or tech company. + Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-profile talents and building strong global talent pipelines. + Experience with high-volume environments utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, or technical forums (Boolean, etc.). + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Stellar attention to detail and demonstrates grit, speed, and passion. + Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
