System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Technical Recruiter. This is a new position due to business growth. The company offers competitive benefits and bonus eligible. Responsibilities: + Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience + Determine the company's needs through collaboration with hiring managers and understanding the technical requirements and project needs + Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for identifying technical talent using a variety of methods + Screen and evaluate the candidates ensuring technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers + Communicate periodic updates on status of searches and candidate pipelines + Stay up-to-date on the market / industry trends, competitor practices and emerging technologies Requirements: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical recruiter role + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience + Strong understanding of technical roles and aptitude for learning technical areas + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Comfortable with computers and recruiting databases + Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and industry partners + May require travel up to 10 - 20% Target Salary: $75K - $85K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
