Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Technical HR Recruiter. In this Recruiter role you will be responsible for communicating effectively with HR to understand job requirements, craft engaging recruitment emails, manage the candidate interview schedule, and provide a list of candidates with experience in the required field to the hiring manager. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our detail-oriented networks and databases for current and future hires. Responsibilities: • Engage in conversations with HR to understand the requirements of available positions • Utilize social media and detail-oriented networks to reach out to potential candidates • Responsible for creating job postings and distributing recruitment emails, proficient in ATS Systems and Workday, proficiency in MS Office Suite • Oversee the candidate interview schedule in coordination with HR • Develop and maintain a database for current and potential future hires • Review applications to ascertain if they meet the minimum job requirements • Prepare a list of candidates with experience in the required field for the hiring manager's review • Utilize skills in Full Cycle Recruiting, Computer Databases, and Conducting Interviews to perform duties effectively. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in full cycle recruiting is a vital requirement for this position • The candidate should have practical knowledge of computer databases, as it is a key aspect of this role • Ability to conduct interviews effectively is crucial for this job • Candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently and effectively • The prospective recruit must exhibit excellent communication skills as the role involves extensive interaction with potential candidates and other HR professionals.
