We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for the University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles.Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.Administer end-to-end process administration, including headcount-related administrative tasks, requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and providing hiring updates to key stakeholders.Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, such as pilots and process improvement projects.Required Skills2-3+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experienceExperienced with different ATS systemsFull cycle recruitingApplicant tracking systemCandidate Generation/SourcingCollege Recruiting1-2 years of experienceBachelor's degree requiredWork Environment
This role requires working 5 days onsite in the Seattle office. The team is high-performing and highly experienced in college recruiting, with a passion for mentoring and coaching. The team focuses on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and having a strength in problem-solving will be critical to success in this role.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
