Technical Recruiting Lead - INTL India
An employer is seeking Technical Recruiting Lead specializing in Palo Alto for a direct hire opportunity in India. As a Technical Recruiter Lead, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the technology sector. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on recruiting expertise to drive the success of our recruitment team and meet the company's staffing needs.
Essential Functions:

Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and improve team performance.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs, aligning with the companys objectives and growth plans.
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and organizational goals.
Recruitment Management:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and feedback.
Work with development team for front-end/back-end development requirements
