Technical Reviewer IMS and Lead Auditor

Responsible for the Technical Review of audit reports and support certification documents of ABS QE, in accordance with the strategic objectives and market needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the policies, standards and procedures defined by ABS QE/ ABS Group and accreditation body supporting the associated standard.

What You Will Do:

Coordinate the technical reviews of ABS QE audit reports for various standards and qualifications available based on objectives set by the top management and technical team. Plan the operational activities according to the trends of the services provided by the Regional Managers, Program Managers and technical teams. Provide calibration meetings and training for Auditors, with excellent communication skills and customer service orientation, ensuring the improvement of the audit quality and reporting.  Monitor KPI’s for Auditors and manage statistics related to their activities.  Carry out the activities involved in the certification decision – review and approve reports and make certification decisions. Maintain updated information on current technical regulations, various standards and topics of technical interest. Support the critical office –prepare and participate in accreditation audits.  Provide the technical information necessary to respond to requirements or inquiries of the auditors, service customers or third parties. Give inputs to train the commercial team.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

Willing to work independently.  Demonstrate excellent learning skills and team spirit. Experience greater or equal to 5 years in: Auditing, Product Certification, and accreditation system. Graduate or/and postgraduate degree Qualification of Lead Auditor  Proven experience in Audits in multiple standards Approved Management System Lead Auditor Courses completed for single or multiple standards Complete understanding of ISO17021-1  Technical knowledge preferably in areas related to job description. High proficiency in all basic productivity tools, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point), etc. Have completed minimum 10 audits/ 15 man-days minimum in the last 3 years as Lead Auditor

Reporting Relationships:

Report directly to the Program Manager/Area Operation Manager 

 

Working Conditions:

Main work may be performed in an office environment. Will travel to and from Audit sites.
