Technical Sales Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$100,000.00 to $130,000.00 /annuallySalariedDevelops and executes strategic sales plans for MRO, OEM, and aftermarket products to maximize sales and profits in a defined territory.Builds and maintains strong business relationships with current and potential customers, organizations, and partner companies.Serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries, pricing data, and business transactions, ensuring clear and timely communication.Supervises the Account Management team, supporting customer needs and resolving issues in collaboration with internal departments.Identifies product opportunities and provides tailored solutions through technical knowledge and customer engagement.Prepares and delivers technical presentations and business cases to support customer solutions and drive sales growth.Supports leadership in developing strategic business development plans and provides market analysis for new opportunities.Manages customer metrics, negotiates pricing, terms, and delivery, and ensures optimal results for both customers and the company.Drives cross-selling opportunities for parts and repairs while expanding and growing new and existing customer accounts.Prepares monthly reports and collaborates with internal teams to clarify and resolve any issues affecting customer satisfaction or sales performance.

Technical Sales Manager Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a background in business development for airlines, MRO, and parts brokerage companies.Direct sales experience, including developing new domestic business (international experience a plus).Ability to understand customer technical requirements, anticipate growth areas, and maintain collaborative internal/external relationships.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of aerospace MRO/OEM sales experience.Proven track record in technical and program management, securing new business in MRO, Aftermarket, and OEM markets, supported by established relationships in these sectors, expertise in rigid tube components and systems, and the ability to travel up to 75%, including internationally.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
