Technical Sales Manager - Citrix Solutions (Scandinavian Market)

We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets. **Job Overview:** As a **Technical Sales Representative specializing in Citrix solutions in our Scandinavian market (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden)** , you will work with potential and existing customers to understand their IT needs and provide tailored Citrix solutions that optimize performance, security, and user experience. You will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth, while ensuring that customers are fully equipped to meet their goals with Citrix products. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales Support & Solution Design:** + Partner with sales representatives to identify business opportunities and qualify leads. + Understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate Citrix solutions **such as Virtualization, Networking, Cloud, and Endpoint management.** + Present and demonstrate Citrix solutions and technical capabilities to customers. + Customize solutions to meet the client's business and technical needs. **Technical Expertise & Consultation:** + Offer technical consultation to customers by discussing Citrix products' features, benefits, and implementation processes. + Conduct product demos, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and workshops for clients in the whole Scandinavian country to showcase the capabilities of Citrix offerings. + Provide insight and guidance on solution design, configurations, and deployments. **Pre-sales Activities:** + Develop and deliver technical presentations and webinars for prospective customers. + Assist in crafting RFPs (Request for Proposals) and technical documentation for bids. + Conduct system analysis to ensure proposed Citrix solutions meet customer specifications. **Collaboration & Communication:** + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, marketing, etc.) to deliver the best solution to clients. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Citrix product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends. + Work with product managers and engineers to convey customer feedback and suggest product improvements. **Customer Support:** + Provide **ongoing support to customers (in face to face and remotely)** during the pre-sales phase and assist in troubleshooting any technical queries. + Help customers with initial setup, configuration, and integration of Citrix solutions into their environment. **Training & Development:** + Regularly update knowledge on Citrix products through training sessions, certifications, and continuous learning. + Keep clients informed about new Citrix features, product updates, and best practices. **Qualifications:** **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in Citrix solutions, such as Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Workspace. + Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and IT infrastructure. + Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies. + Knowledge of Citrix licensing models and pricing **Experience:** + 3+ years of experience in technical sales, IT consulting, or solution engineering (preferably in the Citrix space). + Experience in sales and/or technical roles involving cloud or virtualization solutions is a plus. **Communication Skills:** + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. + Strong presentation and customer-facing skills. **Certifications (preferred):** + Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP). + Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP). + ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but beneficial). **Other:** + Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. + Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. + A passion for technology and helping customers optimize their IT environments. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Fantastic working culture where you can make an impact + Competitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on your performance with the car allowance included + This position is a life changing opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast paced, international organization.
