Technical Sales Manager - Software Solutions (f/m/d)

With innovative solutions, our subsidiary, CodeWrights, represents unique solutions for plant control integration and on-site device management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers, recognizing and understanding their requirements and offering individually tailored solutions. With your expertise, you will inspire and be perceived as a valuable advisor. The position is based in CodeWrights' office in Karlsruhe.

 

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:

Selling our software solutions throughout the entire sales cycleBuilding new customer relationshipsManaging and expanding existing customer relationshipsIndependently creating offersConducting international customer and trade show visitsLeading negotiations to a successful closeCreating solution concepts in collaboration with the software development teamWorking closely with the entire team, including project managers, software developers, and the management teamActively contributing to scaling the company and the team, with the primary goal of generating order intake

 

Your qualifications:

A completed (technical) degree and experience as well as success in selling software services, preferably in the industryWillingness to travel, including internationally, without visa restrictionsCommunication skills in German and English (fluent), both written and spokenA team player with strong presentation skillsExperience in the entire sales process, from acquisition to closingSelf-motivation and goal orientation
