Technical Sales Representative: Water Treatment & Industrial Cleaning
We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Sales Representative with expertise in water treatment, industrial cleaning, or lubrication in metal processing, based in Ontario.

The Technical Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, promoting tailored products and services, and ensuring profitability across the territory. Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Expand and strengthen sales within existing customer accounts. Deliver expert technical support to customers, collaborating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions. Lead contract negotiations and drive agreements to completion. Manage and respond to requests for information, quotes, and proposals. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to grow market presence. Represent and reinforce the company’s brand, values, and competitive edge. Oversee and coordinate contracts, tenders, and client requests efficiently. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously expanding technical knowledge, product expertise, and application methods. Share insights and knowledge with internal teams to drive innovation and improve customer experience. Apply ISO-9001 standards in customer service, R&D, and market research. Maintain accurate records and update CRM & AX systems daily.
The Successful Candidate Will Have: Proven expertise in water treatment, industrial cleaning, lubrication in metal processing, or related industrial/manufacturing sectors. Strong technical and consultative sales skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems. Results-driven mindset, with the ability to exceed key performance targets. A self-starter attitude, thriving in both independent and team environments. A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your success.
