Job Description

Position Overview:

The Technical Sales Representative will support and sell E.H. Wachs products under direct supervision and assist with providing technical oversight to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of products.

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct pre-sales activities including understanding the customer’s business and analysis of product needsConduct post-sales activities including delivery follow-up to ensure product has met customer’s needs and communication with customer for additional sales opportunity Handle incoming sales calls and provide technical support of products and applicationsResponsible for processing Web leads, activities, and quotations into CRM systemSupport field sales staff and distributors in moving opportunities through the sales processFoster new business and build customer relationships as it is essential to our growth within the marketplaceProcess sales orders to invoice Process all RMA’s (repairs & returns) and forward to shippingMay prepare documents for import and export shipmentsFulfill all requests for literature and technical information required to identify application and specify equipmentSupport Rental Centers with order processing and rental billingRequired to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the ISO Quality program and procedures, and the safety programAdditional duties and tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

High School or GED is requiredMust possess sales abilityThrough company training, this position requires advanced operation and application knowledge of organization’s productsExcellent verbal, written and listening communication skillsAptitude with detailed computer programsMust be organized and detail-oriented; as well possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and be resourcefulMust be able to adjust to a changing work environment, competing demands, frequent changes, delays and unexpected events.
