**Job Description:**
**Position** **Overview:**
The Technical Sales Representative will support and sell E.H. Wachs products under direct supervision and assist with providing technical oversight to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of products.
**Essential Job** **Functions:**
+ Conduct pre-sales activities including understanding the customer’s business and analysis of product needs.
+ Conduct post-sales activities including delivery follow-up to ensure product has met customer’s needs and communication with customer for additional sales opportunity.
+ Handle incoming sales calls and provide technical support for products and applications.
+ Responsible for processing Web leads, activities, and quotations into CRM system.
+ Support field sales staff and distributors in moving opportunities through the sales process.
+ Foster new business and build customer relationships.
+ Process sales orders to invoice.
+ Process all RMAs (repairs & returns) and forward to shipping.
+ May prepare documents for import and export shipments.
+ Fulfill all requests for literature and technical information required to identify application and specify equipment.
+ Support Rental Centers with order processing and rental billing.
+ Required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the ISO Quality program and procedures, and the safety program.
+ Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
**Physical** **Demands:**
+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in an office environment.
**Requirements:**
+ High School or GED equivalent is required. Post-secondary education is preferred.
+ Must possess sales ability.
+ Through company training, this position requires advanced operation and application knowledge of organization’s products.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Strong aptitude with detailed computer programs, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience working with CRM systems a plus.
+ Must be organized and detail-oriented, as well possess strong time management and problemsolving skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Must be a team player.
+ Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
+ Must be willing to seek out information to ensure full and accurate communication.
+ Must be able to adjust to a changing work environment, competing demands, frequent changes, delays and unexpected events.

**Compensation Information:**
$63,700 - $86,500
