Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!Provide technical presales consulting for the Measurement Intelligence product suite for our key industries Infrastructure, Industrial and Utility Sectors, working together with Siemens resources and customers within Saudi Arabia. Be part of the regional technical presales group responding to requests of key customers, sales force, and sales specialist. Support our customers and sales force at customer presentations, demos, and fairs.The role requires collaborate with DI Sales Team to maximize the opportunity pipeline, identify own prospects to approach new and existing customers, support MI channel partners for achieving assigned portfolio sales targets. Consolidation of market and product requirements including feedback to management and product marketing. Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to customers, sales force, and technical resources.Support the preparation of product specifications, white papers etc. Capturing and forwarding of references at key customer applications.Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise appropriate discretion to establish a strong customer relationship. Able to perform competitor technical analysis and develop technical concepts.Very good grip on the Instrumentation market and customer know-how. Able to identify classical Instrumentation challenges and further able to deliver based on Siemens Product base solutions via Use case approach.Quick Learner, Teamwork Skills (Team Player) and able to collaborate with Technical and Sales teams (Enthusiastic, Proactive and Growth Mind Set).Value sales enablement Key Requirements are as following:
Identifies and selects relevant Use Cases / Solutions from Process Automation Headquarter and places them in the Sales channels.Identifies and develops target customers to gain market share.Pre-sales role, drives sales channels to promote assigned Use Cases/Solutions.Promotes assigned Use Cases/Solutions at customers together with Sales.Understands customers’ requirements and perspectives, maps them to existing Use Cases/Solutions. Orchestrates where required. Identifies market requirements and competition for “new” Use Cases.“Pushes” different Sales Channels, Partners and Value-Add Resellers.Strong communicator that understands the customer setup to place Use Cases at multiple levels.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering is a must.Min 3-5 years of experience in technical sales and/or product marketing capacity.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following attributes:Proven communication skills with good product / solution presentation skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.Excellent internetworking experience, consulting and presentation skills and the ability to handle complex and time-critical inquiries.Strong English and Arabic Communication fluency.
