Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: RemoteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries division. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in relevant field and 10+ years related experience or associates degree and 12+ years of related experience or HS Diploma and 14+ years of related experience required. In depth knowledge of Mine Hoist market.Deep technical Knowledge and experience in Mine Hoists Mechanical Systems or similar application.Experience in management or engineering of mine hoist projects.Experience in preparing tenders, making presentations and interacting with internal and external customer organizations.Knowledge of hoisting regulations applicable to the various jurisdictions across North America.Ability to speak French and/or Spanish is an asset.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
