Must demonstrate keen focus on client care and meeting the client’s expectations. This position is accountable for meeting assigned revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities Identifying potential new clients/ developing sales while working closely with V.P. of Sales. Work with V.P. of Sales to develop a pipeline forecast and sales growth plan with monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics. Research service territory to identify potential opportunities, under-served markets, and potentially untapped and underutilized revenue opportunities that are aligned with Lima/CoolSys strategy. Develop new relationships within industry niches by actively participating in professional and networking organizations, focusing on new referrals from current client base, develop relationships with engineer firms, builders, real estate developers etc. o Target clients include food manufacturing, industrial, secondary education, supermarket, real estate and property management, facility organizations. Directly communicate with current and potential clients to truly understand their needs, wants and goals. Providing solutions that work with the client and their structure’s layout, material requirements, and budgets. Collaborate and coordinate with Service manager, Field Supervisors, Estimating, Procurement, and OEMs to make equipment recommendations to best fit the customer’s needs and project budget. Facilitate quote communications and/or formal proposals for presentation to the client. Support the Accounts Receivable department and work to help collect monies due as needed. Continue to grow and learn as products and services evolve. Continuously learn and develop new expertise in response to product evolution and stay abreast of new technologies that surface in our areas of practice. Comply with all required sales processes including operating within approved pricing parameters and keeping our CRM software (Salesforce) current. Comply with all customer on-boarding processes when adding new customers to company's portfolio. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience in the Plumbing, HVAC and Refrigeration industry is required. Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Plumbing, HVAC and Refrigeration industry is required. Prior success selling Design-Build install projects is required. Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, including demonstrated success in selling install/service projects as well adding new customers to a company's portfolio. Ability to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and close new business. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set and balance competing priorities. Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term and long-term basis to meet objectives. Ability to interface across all levels of the organization. Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret statistical data and/or to develop forecasts. Prior success selling service and maintenance agreements is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
