Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.The work model for the role is: Office basedThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in LongmeadowYou will be mainly accountable for:• Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.• Performs analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs. • Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.• Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers.• Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training.• Supports the manages in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.• Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.• Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers. • Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training. • Supports the manages in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish. • Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly. • Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area. • Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies. • Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities. • Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.• Offer technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications. Qualifications for the role

Degree in Electrical Engineering 2 years work experience Must have Electrical and tendering background Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB. Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
