Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you will have a crucial part in ensuring magnificent execution of our product strategies. Your proficiency in meeting customer needs and implementing successful solutions will be of utmost importance. Specific responsibilities include:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during customer engagements.Conduct product demonstrations and trainings to showcase the value and functionality of our products.Assist in the development of technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Support clinical HLA labs by providing product and technical support before sales.Provide training to Channel partners, ICL customers, and secondary dealers.Develop relationships within key accounts which reflect favorably on HLA products. Provide and support current HLA Typing and Antibody technologies to customers.Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights for continuous product improvement.Support the launch of new products by providing technical input and ensuring readiness for market entry.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, working closely with engineering and support teams.
