Direct Hire position$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftProvide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.Compose and alter technical specification documents relating to the design and fabrication of DMS (Dynamic Message Signs) and their corresponding systems.Examine and interpret technical specification and testing documents that incorporate ISO 9001, AWS, NEMA, AASHTO, and ETL standards and specifications.Assist Sales with the Quoting and request for proposal (RFP) processes.Draft and distribute technical submittals for DMS products and associated materials.Work directly with Sales, Product Management and Engineering Work directly with CustomersTechnical Sales Support Engineer Qualifications:
4-Year Technical Degree or 2-Year Technical Degree w/ 5 years experienceBS in Engineering a plus Technical Sales Experience a plusComputer Programs: Extremely Proficient with Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and experience preferred with M2M, AutoCAD and/or Draft SightTechnical/Manufacturing experience highly recommendedDemonstrates Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude Needs good verbal and written skillsA well-rounded individual who is a self-starter and has good self-management abilitiesA Team player and have the ability to multi-task/work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust work well under pressure and manage projects to deadlinesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
