Join our innovative team as a Technical Sales Support Specialist for Mill Lining in the USA/Canada market area. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to develop innovative mill lining solutions for our customers and enable grow our business.
About Us:
Our team is enthusiastic about solving problems and providing the best solutions to our customers. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the MTB/Screening regional/global product support team, Mill Lining Tier 2 team, LCS local service team, SSO, manufacturing units, and design departments. Our team members are based in York, PA; Salt Lake City, UT; Mesa, AZ; and Brookfield, WI.
What You’ll Do:
Complete Mill Lining product strategy for sales growth and profitability in the USA Market Area. Provide product support and technical assistance/analysis to existing and potential customers. Develop and present value solutions for customers, including value propositions and win plans for sales cases. Promote new product designs and innovations to end-users and internal teams. Identify new potential customers and provide leads to the sales team. Build positive customer relations to generate repeat business and future leads. Achieve sales target numbers in your region. Offer insights on competition and advise the team on pricing levels. Perform product inspections and provide reports and analysis. Negotiate pricing levels and deliveries for the product line. Provide expertise in product installation.
Who You Are:
Proficient experience in the heavy industry, especially with mineral processing equipment. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent work experience. Comprehensive knowledge of comminution processes and applications. Proficiency in CAD and SAP. Comprehensive oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in a customer-focused and service-oriented environment. Organized, autonomous, and able to work with minimal supervision.
