Job DescriptionITW Hartness is looking for motivated individuals to enter our technical scholar program with an interest in learning to work as a Mechanical/Electrical Technician in our Assembly team. At the successful completion of the program, you will have the mechanical and electrical skills to work with our state-of the art packaging equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical assembly as well as perform diagnostic and functional testing.

Critical thinking skills to diagnose problems and repair issues in an effective manner Multitasking capability with ability to identify and execute priority tasks. QualificationsEducation and Experiences:
Be enrolled as a full-time student at a partnered Technical College or High School with ITW Hartness.Have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.High School Diploma or working towards completion of High School Diploma.1 year of mechanical education or related work experience.Interest in developing a strong mechanical/electrical background.Physical Demands:
