The ideal candidate will lead from the front, proactively address questions, and make recommendations to improve processes and systems. Responsibilities: * Lead Agile teams in the development and implementation of Auto Policy-related projects * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements * Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for platform developers * Proactively address questions and provide recommendations to improve system functionality and efficiency * Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution * Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performing, self-organizing team * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
