This company is looking for an experienced Technical Senior Manager – ServiceNow Platform with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading platform strategy, driving innovation, ensuring system optimization, and managing a technical team responsible for platform delivery. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.

What You Will Be Doing: Lead the design and strategy of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow. Define platform roadmaps, ensuring scalability, performance, stability, and compliance. Design workflows, integrations, and modules to extend ServiceNow capabilities. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM. Manage platform upgrades, security, and compliance to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical guidance for configuration, customization, and development based on business needs. Maintain documentation, technical knowledge base materials, and provide training for stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, fostering career development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, and HR to drive adoption and platform success. Manage multiple teams, ensuring project deadlines and business objectives are met. Engage with executive leadership to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives. Ensure clear communication with business and IT stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM. Strong background in ServiceNow architecture, design, workflows, custom apps, and integrations. Proven experience managing technical teams and large-scale projects. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, and Bootstrap for ServiceNow development. Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITIL v3/v4 certification (a plus) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (a big plus) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
