What you'll do as: Service Department Assistant
- Checking in returns
- Assessing and repairing units
- Answering phone calls
- Cataloging show returns
- Assisting in other departments
An individual who is proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment is a plus.
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of CSI 10.0 software
- Customer service experience
- Technical support experience
- Experience in a similar role
