Are you passionate about delivering top-notch technical service and building strong customer relationships? As a Technical Service Representative – Marine & Protective, you’ll play a pivotal role in advising on paint applications and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. With a dynamic customer base that spans civil and commercial sectors—including ship owners, marine consultants, and engineering contractors—you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service and expertise. Based in Belgium or the South Netherlands, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a global organization.
At least 3 years of experience in technical service, applicator supervision, or quality control. Solid technical knowledge of marine and protective coating products. Familiarity with surface preparation methods and coating application techniques. Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality. Proven ability to make independent decisions and manage your workload effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Fluency in English (essential). Certifications such as NACE or FROSIO (level 3) are highly desirable. Full EU driving license.
