The Technical Service Senior Specialist is responsible for Application support in promoting Ingredion's Texture and Healthful solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead in creating products for Bakery, Snacks, Savoury, and Confectionery, while also supporting other segments as needed.Collaborate with the Sales team to provide application support both onsite and remotely to customer.Innovate new application recipes using Ingredion Texture and Healthful solutions, aligning with market trends and customer needs.Offer timely technical assistance to both internal and external customers, driving innovation.Address and resolve customer issues, providing necessary technical support.Work with the lab team to design and plan application studies.Effectively convey technical information to internal and external stakeholders.Partner with external ingredient, lab equipment, flavor suppliers to support application prototyping for customer projects.Implement and ensure food safety measures in India Idea Lab

Qualified candidates will have:

Degree in Food Science.8+ year working experience in application group or innovation with minimum 3 years in Bakery and SnacksPossess working knowledge of Food Ingredients and Additive normally used in Bakery and Snack application. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to finding solutions.Good presentation skillsGood influencing skills
