Technical Services Coordinator

We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **Job Description** Technical Services Coordinator will assist the Corporate Quality and Natural Resources teams achieve regulatory and organization program compliance. The Technical Services Coordinator will be involved with day-to-day activities and projects within the Corporate Quality and Natural Resource functions and report directly to the Sr. Corporate Quality Manager – Food Safety and Compliance. This position does not have Direct Reports. **Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:** •Administration of annual sampling program and generation of annual water quality reports. oSet up and mange payments, Goods Receipt and VIM oCoordinating and tracking of samples oDevelopment and management of all annual sampling related paperwork including COC’s oManage Water Quality database and information to / from it. oAdministration if resampling as needed oMisc database query requests throughout the year oWork with appropriate internal personnel to help plan and set up next year’s program oFinished product and assist with source sampling as needed. oMaintain permit databases •Technical Services Team Accounts Payable & Receivable duties oSet up Vendors oChange orders to existing PO’s oGoods Receipt invoices oPayment issue investigations / solve stalled payments oInvestigate erroneous charges oManage PO’s and payments for Third Party Audits •Support the following activities and other duties as assigned oConsumer complaint data organization/ corrections/ reclassification oDocument control reviewing and updating oWarehouse and supplier scorecard management oFSQS report and scorecard management, including but not limited to Scheduling, Tracking and organizing oSupport FDA registration program **Qualifications** **Key qualifications include:** •Ability to work with multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment •Excellent communication and organization skills •Strong written and verbal skills •Goal-oriented, autonomous, and able to meet deadlines •Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and Database Systems Experience •SAP experience preferred. Pay Range: $26.63/hr.-$29.90/hr.
