Are you a skilled Technical Services Manager with a passion for facilities maintenance, energy management, and contract compliance? Sodexo are looking for an experienced professional to join the team in Dublin.
What You’ll Do:✅ Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and administrators to ensure efficient planned and reactive maintenance.
✅ Manage HVAC, BMS, mechanical, and electrical systems while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
✅ Drive energy management strategies, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
✅ Maintain statutory and contract compliance, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
✅ Oversee building audits, subcontracted works, and technical system management (BMS, CMMS/CAFM, BIM).
10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and contract management.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services management.
Experience managing direct employees and subcontractors.
Proven ability to deliver large-scale building maintenance projects.
Expertise in health & safety regulations, compliance, and financial controls.
