CentiMark Corporation is seeking an entry-level, Technical Services Specialist for our corporate office located in Canonsburg, PA (Southpointe).The salary range is $52k - $56k with annual bonus opportunity.This person will be in a support role for the continued development and direction of the organization’s roofing solutions. 


Job Summary:Assist the Manager of Technical Services and advise on building codes and roof system solutionsComplete an extensive and detailed training program, including CEU courses, to learn the roofing industry and its relevant technical aspectsWork within the Factory Mutual Roofnav on-line system identifying potential approved solutions for our field associatesWork with contract suppliers on developing new products and installation enhancementsPerform on-line and in person technical training sessionsTroubleshoot potential material defects and work with suppliers and the Procurement Department for a resolutionMinimal travel, but some may be required from time to time
Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering, or 3-5 years of equivalent industry experienceCollege students that are expecting to graduate in May are also encouraged to apply if they can start working part-timeKnowledge of construction process preferredMust possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be working in a team environmentMust have good presentation skills and experience in webinar applicationsDemonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally on projects to accomplish organizational goalsAble to prioritize multiple, sometimes competing, priorities
