Experience and education
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing, electrical career
A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
Knowledge, skills and certifications
Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects as pneumatics, hydraulic, electronics, mechanics, control and electrical systems etc.
Working knowledge on manufacturing and test equipment
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Knowledge of Mexican and international standards as NOM, OSHAS, ISO-9001, ANSI, Risk management and change management
Strong knowledge in Project Management
Technical experience on metal mechanics processes and equipment, including PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, metrology and flexible assembly.
Technical experience on hydraulic systems, automation, Control and motion
Strong abilities in problem solving, risk analysis and communication
Cost reduction initiatives, P&L and VAVE experience.
Experience with Core Tools, LSS & TPS.
