Airswift is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to work remotely in São Paulo, Brazil, for a technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of company's AI-driven solutions for construction-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with client expectations. Train and onboard client teams, customizing training sessions to meet their specific workflows and needs. Provide expert guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize project outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and identifying pain points to share insights that influence product development and roadmaps. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients to optimize the use of company’s solutions for diverse projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline). 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or consulting roles within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
