Your role:

Technical Helpdesk for Point of Care products Daily technical calls as part of the customer care centre process Provide all types of on-site escalated technical support at a national level. This may require the travel to a customer site anywhere in the UK at short notice. Reports, technical analysis, benchmarking and product technical information to all stakeholders Technical coaching/training for engineers or customers The role requires working in shifts (rotating 8-4, 9-5, 10-6), voluntary weekend and evening work (paid extra)

Your expertise:

Experience using, supporting and repairing POC products, or experience at a helpdesk providing remote customer support. Experience working with CRM (Siebel or P58 advantage) IT. skills, including an understanding & remote support troubleshooting, lab base network solutions and networking infrastructure as well as current IT technologies A working knowledge of fault analysis and resolution. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with staff and customers at all levels. Technical report writing skills.
