Overview Evolver is looking to add a Technical Sourcer to our team. You will work closely with our Recruiter Team to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. We create practical and creative ways to find leading talent, and we invest a lot of time reaching out to passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is with a member of our Sourcing team. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns Find, attract and engage passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications Regularly track pipeline activity to share with Recruiting Team Build diverse pipeline and actively engage in diversity recruiting strategies Recommend and drive improvements that impact recruiting process Utilize data to track and share pipeline activity and market data with Recruiting Team Work closely with Recruiters and Client Service Manager to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications: 5 years of sourcing experience with a staffing agency or in-house recruiting team 5 years of experience screening resumes to match qualifications 5 years of experience working with and building sourcing strategies Ideal Qualifications: Experience sourcing for candidate within the Investment or Asset Management space Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines Experience approaching passive candidates EOE Statement Evolver is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
