**Adecco is assisting a local client in San Jose, CA to search for a Technical Sourcer. This is an 18-month contract. Monday to Friday. Starting pay $60.00 to $65.00 an hour.** **Job Summary** The candidate will work as a Technical Sourcer, identifying and engaging top engineering talent through various sourcing techniques. They will collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for different engineering functions. · **Role and Responsibilities:** · Identify, and engage engineering top talent candidates through variety of sourcing techniques · Work closely with internal TA team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals · Support various functions within Engineering (Leadership, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Eng, Materials Sciences, Software, Hardware, Data Science, etc.) · Screen candidates and assess their fit for open positions · Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates · Maintain candidate databases · Measure and report on sourcing metrics · Promote the employer brand · **Skills and Experience:** · 7+ years of sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team · Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational skills and a passion for finding exceptional people · Sourcing experience across multiple departments · Proven track record of success for finding/engaging exceptional top talent · Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates · Must have LinkedIn Recruiter experience and exposure to databases/ATS systems · Proficient in using social media and online job boards · Experience sourcing DEI Diversity, Equity and Inclusion talent, huge plus! · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Solid business acumen; BA/BS degree, preferred **Pay Details:** $60.00 to $65.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
