Technical Sourcer
Job Description Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office) Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent, including machine learning, software, embedded, and mechanical engineers. Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidates technical qualifications, experience, and alignment with Metropolis values. Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and sourcing strategies. Use data to prioritize sourcing efforts, focus on high-impact roles, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness. Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified technical candidates, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up. Create memorable candidate experiences by fostering strong relationships and communicating the Metropolis mission effectively. Leverage tools, platforms, and networks to source and connect with highly sought-after talent. Track and report on key sourcing and funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to the Talent Acquisition team. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably within a high-growth tech environment. Proven success in sourcing for technical roles, including machine learning, software, embedded, and mechanical engineering positions. Strong ability to creatively source and engage passive candidates through various channels and platforms. Experience conducting initial recruiter screens and assessing technical candidates.
