The Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Test/QA related tasks including Planning, prioritization and execution of all these tasks. The Technical Specialist will also work with the the Systems Integrator.

Iowa Department of Human Services is looking to replace a legacy application and has a need to interface existing mainframe systems with a new server based eligibility system. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Test/QA related tasks including Planning, prioritization and execution of all these tasks. Besides working with the core project team, the Technical Specialist will also work with the Systems Integrator.
The TS will be able to:

Responsible for the development of QA test plan, test scenarios and test cases

Oversee the execution of QA testing activities

Monitor and report QA progress of testing execution, testing coverage, defect identification and resolution
