Job Description

To plan, design and build an Information Technology (IT) infrastructure architecture usually at an enterprise level to meet business requirements

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and upgrade PostgreSQL databases. Monitor database performance and ensure high levels of data availability. Implement data backup and recovery strategies. Optimize and tune the database for performance. Ensure database security and data integrity. Write and maintain scripts for database maintenance and monitoring. Collaborate with developers on database design and architecture. Manage database access and permissions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with PostgreSQL database administration. Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling. Experience with database backup, restore, and recovery processes. Knowledge of database security and data protection. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
