Technical Specialist
Provide technical assistance to develop, maintain, and enhance the value of client assets through the development and refinement of MOPs, EOPs, SOPs, flow charts, and other communications forms. Documents and processes are developed with compliance to industry “Best Practices”, safety protocols, maintenance requirements and AHJ regulations.Maintaining frequent communication and coordination with key stakeholders in Mission Critical and non-critical sites and fostering robust professional relationships to address strategic goals and practical operations concerns.Provide technical engineering support for, and respond to, emergency requests as needed, ensuring swift and effective resolution of urgent issues.Contribute to audit processes that protect, maintain, and enhance the value of client assets, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.Deliver exceptional support for Mission Critical and non-critical operations to ensure client satisfaction and act as a seamless liaison between JLL personnel, service providers and the client's real estate organization.Demonstrate strong leadership, prompt responsiveness, and innovative problem-solving to meet and exceed client expectations.Support Corrigo and MCIM CMMS program suites for management of incident reports and change requests.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Technical Proficiency - Exhibit deep understanding of Mission Critical and non-critical infrastructure concepts and of daily building equipment management. Expertise should include the ability to read blueprints and understand equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization, and assess provided scopes of work for preventative and reactive work activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety.Client Relations Expertise - Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and proficiency in preparing and presenting building operations documentations to site specific operations staff, vendors, and clients.Best Practices – Deep understanding of operational best practices to enhance the customer experience, drive repeatable and scalable performance and the ability to mitigate risk of BAU, repair/construction, and emergencies through written protocols and other visual communications.Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience as a technical writer or equivalent military experience supporting Mission Critical Environments.Excellent planning and coordination skills for responding to requests and delivering results within tight schedules.Technical literacy and communication skills to accurately interpret technical procedures and regulations, and translate this knowledge into concise, well-written, standardized procedures.Ability to effectively present procedures to personnel and address questions in both individual and group settings with managers, vendors, and clients.Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business and engineering software applications relevant to facility management and building operations.Estimated total compensation for this position:
75,250.00 – 86,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
