Stratascale is seeking a Technical Specialist - Communications and Client Success who will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships through effective communication and strategic initiatives.

 

This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, driving client engagement, and supporting the overall success of our client success strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities with a client-focused mindset.

 

In addition, the Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications plans and developing executive-level presentations and talking points for internal and external meetings and speaking engagements. This consultant would be responsible for working with clients to understand their communications needs and goals and developing solutions to validate, enhance, and measure communications practices.

 

This role will report to the Client Success and Program Services within the Stratascale department.

 

This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities

Includes, but not limited to:

 

Provide support for aspects of clients’ internal and external communications.Develop and execute communications plans regarding upcoming changes to multiple audiences and draft all associated communications (messages, FAQs, instructions, etc.). Develop traditional internal communications (newsletters, employee messages, intranet content, etc.).Develop communications (messages, presentations, infographics, etc.) to explain features and benefits of an enterprise cybersecurity program as well as cybersecurity risks, threats, and incidents to non-technical audiences.Develop communications (messages, intranet articles, fact sheets, etc.) to increase cybersecurity awareness among non-technical audiences.Develop executive-level presentations and talking points for internal meetings and external speaking engagements.Document and create standard operating procedures and processes regarding internal communications to help achieve operational efficiencies.Develop and track communications metrics.Develop and review reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.Maintain and update SharePoint site on company intranet.Prepare thorough project communications and reports including QBR presentations, board documents, etc.Support change communications to key stakeholders, guiding individuals through change and addressing roadblocks.Develop, manage, and maintain project communication templates and document repositoriesCollaborate closely with project managers to develop communication plans for engagements, aligning communications with project goals and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant work experience requiredMinimum 5+ years client-facing internal communications experienceExperience creating executive-level presentationsFamiliarity with basic cybersecurity concepts preferred Required Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to create executive-level presentationsAbility to clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiencesStrong interpersonal and consultative skills (professionalism, collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, quick learner, etc.)Attention to detail and meticulousness in task executionProactive self-starter with a strong ability to take initiativeProblem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and internal intranet SharePoint administration and creation Unique Requirements Attend virtual customer meetings when appropriateTravel to customer sites, partner sites, conferences, and Stratascale offices up to 10% annually Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
