Technical Staff Analyst
Job Description - Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. - Understands process improvement and Earned Value - budget management - Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings - Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. - Delivers informational or technical materials. - Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. - Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. - Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. - Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. - Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. - Develops and deploys localized training content. Skills and Requirements - Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines - Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills - 3+ years of experience with organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics - Bachelors degree or higher - Experience with Project Web App, SharePoint set-up, Teams Typical Education/Experience: - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor +2 years' related work experience, 6 years' related work experience, etc.). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
