Key Qualifications:
Certification: Second Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency. Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a small ship operator or management company. Ideally having worked with high-speed engines. Vessel Types: Experience with high-speed ferries or similar vessels is essential. Project Management: Strong ability to manage complex projects, particularly vessel refits and marine infrastructure. Communication: Excellent skills in managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth operations. The Role:
This position involves overseeing all technical aspects of high-speed craft operations, including refits and defect rectifications. You'll also manage a facilities maintenance team, ensuring marine infrastructure is maintained to high standards.
