Your mission:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our mill operations, with a focus on leading and coordinating various quality-related functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, managing customer relations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our product quality.

Oversee and maintain ISO Quality certification processesProvide leadership to the lab supervisor to ensure compliance with quality standardsLead product quality and development initiatives, including providing technical customer service support to address client needs and ensure satisfactionLead the process engineering department, providing guidance and support to the teamCollaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve cost and efficiencyYour profile:Preferably 10 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, with a proven track record in a leadership roleBachelor’s degree in Chemical EngineeringProfessional Engineering designation or eligibilityKnowledge of ISO Quality standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and drive continuous improvement initiativesOur offer:Start: Immediate start possible or within two weeks of offer  Location: Hinton, ABDuration: Permanent Extent: Full-time Benefits: Health benefits Mobile phone for employees Parking Get in touch:
