Job Description: As a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee the mechanical aspects of our high-end projects, ensuring that all systems are installed, maintained, and operated to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines. Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Supervisor or similar role in the FM industry. Strong mechanical engineering background with a focus on high-end projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and relevant regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications and qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
