The Production Analyst is responsible for assisting with routine technical assignments and production support for the SCC's mainframe.
Responsibilities include:- Using Tivoli Workload Scheduler to ensure batch jobs are executed successfully as scheduled and resolve outstanding issues as required- Monitoring print queues; printing, sorting, and preparing output for pickup according to predetermined customer schedules- Coordinating, documenting, and performing systems, database, and related applications shutdowns for scheduled maintenance or problem resolution- Performing nightly system-level backups to VTL
