Provide software packaging and deployment, PC image maintenance and deployment, software patch management, technology asset management for SW & HW for Altiris, Secunia & LANDesk apps and tech support to Help Desk Staff & customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Maintaining and deploying PC images- Workstation patch management- System administration for assigned applications- Developing SQL queries and reports- Software packaging and deployment- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects and project teams- Providing Tier 3 support for Technical Support Analysts- Providing written and verbal information to end users in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
