The Role
Seeking an experienced Site-Based Technical Support Administrator to join our team. This position will be working on site at an Upper Hunter coal mine.
This role will play a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the mine contract. The role involves the management of administrative functions related to maintenance, data processing, and reporting within the framework of SRG Global Asset Condition Management Services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) to manage work orders and notifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise SAP to raise, track, and close notifications against work orders generated by site planners. Ensure all work orders are accurately recorded and maintained within the SAP system, reflecting up-to-date information. Surveillance and monitoring of Process Resource Tools (PRT’s) for correct allocation and validity to inspection task details within the work order. Coordination, format and presentation of analytical data (encompassing Asset Health Platform software known as HAIstack® and 1 SAP) related to asset condition management, ensuring alignment with SRG Global Asset Condition Management Services, and contract Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Generate and distribute regular reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and progress on inspection / related maintenance activities. Identify discrepancies in data and work orders, promptly addressing any issues to ensure data integrity and corresponding actions. Liaise with site planners, engineers, inspectors and maintenance teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of work orders and notifications. Collaborate with the SRG Global Asset Condition Management team to ensure alignment of administrative activities with asset management goals. Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to stakeholders at all levels. Maintain organised records of all work orders, notifications, and related documentation in compliance with Client and SRG Global standards / procedures. Assist in administrative audits and compliance checks to ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company requirements.The successful applicant will ideally have:
Certificate in Technical, trade and / or Cert IV in Business Administration or Project Management Experience working in a site-based role, particularly in the mining sector. Excellent understanding of heavy mobile mining equipment. Hands on knowledge/experience in NDT of heavy mobile mining equipment. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the use of SAP. Willingness to be upskilled in new systems. Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills.About Us:
